Shipping & Returns

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within two working days of receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and at the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

For items that need to be made, the order will be placed with the artist the same day we receive it. The estimated time it takes to make is written in the product description of the corresponding item. Once the the product is made it will be shipped from Japan and re-directed to you from our central location in London. We will do our best to process the order as quickly as possible, but the artists take varying time to make the glass works and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. 

All items will be carefully wrapped and securely packaged into appropriate boxes. Once the order has been shipped we will notify you by email and send you a tracking confirmation number.

 

UK delivery

All orders will be shipped from our central location in London by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next day.

The cost of shipping is £10 for items under 1 kg and £12 for items over 1 kg. 

 

EU delivery

International orders are shipped by trackable courier. Once the item has been shipped, please allow 2-7 working days for Europe and 5-14 working days for the rest of the world.

The cost of shipping is £20.

 

Rest of the world delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. International orders are shipped by trackable courier. Once the item has been shipped, please allow 5-14 working days for the rest of the world.

Parcels may be delayed further by customs and customs tax may need to be paid before your item is delivered. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the items excluding shipping charges on all packages shipped to outside of the European Union. We are unable to predict or assist you with customs clearance in the receiving country, and any customs taxes that may be incurred will need to be paid for by you.

The cost of shipping is £22 for under 1 kg and £25 for items over 1 kg.

 

Cancellation & Returns

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order at any time up to the end of the fourteenth day from the date you received your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order. To cancel you must notify us in writing by email to support@orderunique.com. You must ship the item back unused and in secured packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to get a refund. The items should be shipped tracked and insured for the total value of the item excluding the shipping cost. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for an item that does not arrive back to us without receiving proof of postage from you. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the item has been returned to us. We are unable to refund the cost of shipment. We issue refunds in the form of store credit valid for 1 year from the date of the initial purchase. Store credit cannot be used to purchase a gift card. 

 

If an item arrives to you faulty please send us details and photos of the damage sustained to both the packaging and the item. We will process your refund back to the card used for the purchase including the cost of shipping within 7 days.
